Refund policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

We accept returned merchandise postmarked within 7 calendar days of date of delivery and offer full refunds if the following criteria has been met : 

Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed and must be in original condition with tags attached. 

Shoes should be in the original boxes and not show wear. Please try out on carpet at home.

PLEASE be mindful when trying on clothing with makeup and deodorant, as we can not accept stained items back. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
